President and Managing Partner at Ingenium Talent, Michael has over 21 years of progressive experience in the staffing industry. Michael started Ingenium Talent in 2016 after spending 8 years as Managing Director of the Search practice for a global staffing provider. During this time, Michael was recognized for building the Search practice in Louisville from start-up to 10 Executive Search Consultants producing over 150 placements per year and $2.5 million in annual revenue. The Louisville Search practice was the top performing office in North America 3 years in a row. Most recently, Michael managed the Engineering Search practice for North America consisting of over 30 Executive Search Consultants and 400 placements per year. Michael has successfully overseen 1000’s of searches and built effective partnerships across the country. Michael has a B.A. from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Webster University.

Jamie is a Partner at Ingenium Talent. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Jamie spent 11 years with The Kroger Company in multiple positions within Internal Audit, Finance, and Real Estate. Jamie is an expert in developing strong business partnerships with clients, recruiting top-notch Finance and Accounting candidates for executive and mid to senior-level positions. A Louisville native, Jamie graduated from Saint Xavier High School and then received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
Jamie is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association.
Jeff is a Partner with Ingenium Talent. Prior to joining Ingenium Talent, Jeff was a top ten Search Consultant with a global search firm where he successfully built relationships with a diverse list of clients throughout the region. Due to his knowledge of the market and field of engineering, Jeff is seen as a trusted advisor to both his peers and clients. Prior to his experience in recruitment, Jeff spent over ten years in the hospitality industry serving as the GM of two successful restaurants in Manhattan with the BR Guest Restaurant Group, now owned by Landry’s, Inc. Jeff has Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville.

Mike Henninger is a Senior Search Consultant with Ingenium Talent in our Finance and Accounting practice. After spending 14 years working for some of the global leaders in the staffing industry, Mike joined Ingenium Talent in January 2017. As a Louisville native, Mike has established an extensive network of business contacts over the years and is recognized as a trusted expert in the field of career development and recruitment. Connecting top talent with top employers is a big a passion of Mike’s. Mike takes the time to understand his client’s needs and prides himself on delivering results every time.
Mike is a Certified Search Consultant (CSC) through the American Staffing Association (ASA).
Brian joined Ingenium Talent as Senior Search Consultant following a 15-year portfolio of success driving regional, district and territory sales management across multiple industries. He has diverse industry experience ranging from healthcare to consumer goods, including working at a global, publicly traded company. Brian is a key player in driving the growth of the Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering practices. Brian attended the University of Louisville and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management.
Brian is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association.
Matt Grady is a Senior Search Consultant with Ingenium Talent specializing in our Engineering & Manufacturing practice areas while also providing expertise, consultation and support to all areas of the Ingenium business due to his tenure and extensive experience. Matt is a solutions-oriented Recruiter with a 24-year proven track record maintaining proactive relationships with clients, and all levels talent. He has been consistently recognized as a top 5% producer for a large multinational staffing firm by connecting qualified talent with the best companies in the country. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and he likes to spend his free time mentoring and coaching high school track athletes.
Courtney joined the Ingenium team as a Project Manager in March 2021. She has worked with 20+ local companies in client-facing positions in both Marketing/Advertising and Human Resources industries in the Louisville area. She is skilled in building trusted client relationships, implementing creative solutions, problem solving, and was nominated in 2020 by the American Ad Federation for the Hot 10 awards. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in English from the University of Louisville. In her spare time, she is listening to podcasts and plotting new ways to rescue animals.
John joined Ingenium Talent in May of 2017 as a Technical Recruiter supporting our Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering practices. John brings three years of prior experience from a large national staffing company. During his tenure, John effectively managed multiple accounts that accounted for over $1,000,000 in yearly revenue. This experience has made for a smooth transition into professional recruiting, as John has played a key role in our growth as a leader in the Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering arenas. His competitive nature and will-to-learn are key factors in his bright future with Ingenium Talent. John earned a Bachelor’s degree from Spalding University.
John is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association.
Kit has 7 years of progressive experience in the staffing industry with both large national firms and smaller local entities working both the client engagement and candidate recruitment sides of the business. He has tenure in several areas including Accounting & Finance, Office Professional & Admin and Manufacturing. Kit loves to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike and prides himself on providing detail oriented, thorough, and friendly service. Kit is a native Louisvillian, attended St. Xavier High School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
Brittany joined the Ingenium team as Project Coordinator in March 2021 after working from home to care for her 3 children for the past 8 years. She has a background in College Admissions and Student Services, as well as Healthcare and Social Work, where her commitment to her students and patients was her top priority. Brittany attended Assumption High School locally and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work. Outside of Ingenium you can find Brittany cheering on her family at sporting events and enjoying the great outdoors.
Dolly joined the Ingenium team as the Recruiting Project Coordinator in October 2021. A native of Lexington, she received her BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. Dolly’s career experience includes ten years in public accounting, focusing efforts on audits of health care and not-for-profits. More recently, Dolly was in a long-term ministry role at a local congregation, serving as Executive Minister and overseeing church operations. She is passionate about team and leader development and championed efforts to host the Global Leadership Summit in Louisville. She brings with her a passion for connecting people and loves to build long-term relationships. Dolly loves spending time at the lake with family and friends and enjoys both water-skiing and barefooting. Outside of work you can find her at home with her family, following her favorite sports team and looking after her 3 spoiled fur babies.
Sam Bellis joined Ingenium in November 2021 as our Sourcing Specialist. Sam attended St. Xavier High School and graduated from the University of Kentucky earlier this year with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a Business minor. Previously Sam worked for Hurstbourne Country Club for 6 years during high school and college. His role as a Sourcing Specialist will play an integral part in the support needed for our Search Consultants and will allow him to learn the business from our experts in staffing and recruiting.
On weekends Sam spends his time traveling between Louisville, Lexington, and Cinncinati, but if he’s in town, you can catch him fishing, boating on the Ohio River, or at the gym.
Holland joined Ingenium Talent as a Professional Recruiter following a 10-year position with Coffee Beanery as their Director of Sales. She has diverse industry experience ranging from hospitality to grocery wholesale and consumer goods. Holland attended Western Kentucky University and received her Bachelor’s degree in Design, Merchandising, and Textiles with a minor in Hospitality, and a Master’s of Arts in Communication. Holland joined Ingenium Talent as a Professional Recruiter following a 10-year position with Coffee Beanery as their Director of Sales. Holland has lived in Louisville since 2008 and spends any free time attempting to find her zen at hot yoga.
Alana joined Ingenium in April, 2022 after 7 years out of the workforce starting her family. Alana has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from St. Louis University and brings extensive Pharmacy and PBM purchasing expertise. Alana’s previous roles in Business Analytics and Support to drive client satisfaction will support Ingenium’s mission as she learns the market.
In her spare time, Alana is an avid Cubs fan, enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kelsey joined the Ingenium Team as a Project Coordinator in April of 2022. Raised in Louisville, she is a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and is currently finishing up her bachelor’s degree in marketing. Kelsey’s professional history is primarily in early childhood education and management, as she spent seven years teaching preschool and comes to us after spending almost two years as the assistant studio manager for OrangeTheory Fitness. Her knowledge of marketing, communication skills, and creative thinking have supported the operations team as they navigate a rapidly growing company.
Kelsey is a new mom, but in her minimal free time, you can find her cheering on Louisville City and Racing Louisville FC, playing Mario Kart, or looking up movie trivia.
Katie joined the Ingenium team in June 2022 as our Talent Sourcer. Before landing here, Katie worked in the accounting and logistics spheres for a global transportation company. Katie received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University (Go Tops!) and her MBA from Sullivan University. Katie has come in with confidence and ease and is already a valued and hilarious member of #teamingenium.
When Katie’s not working, you can find her trying out a new recipe, spending time with her husband or planning her next travel destination.
Meet Kaitie Clark, Ingenium’s Recruiting Specialist. She happens to be Ingenium’s very first boomerang employee. From 2019 to 2021 Kaitie was a Professional Recruiter. She later decided to stay home with her two babies and returned to Ingenium in the Summer of 2023 on the Operations side and is excited to be rejoining the team in a new capacity.
Before Ingenium, she worked as a Walt Disney World cast member, a leasing associate, and an account executive in the insurance industry. Kaitie Clark graduated from Transylvania University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She spends her time outside of work traveling, booking tickets to musicals and wine tastings. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves trying new restaurants in Louisville. Kaitie is passionate about Autism awareness and seeks to educate herself and others on this subject to create a more inclusive world.
