President and Managing Partner at Ingenium Talent, Michael has over 16 years of progressive experience in the staffing industry. Michael started Ingenium Talent in 2016 after spending 8 years as Managing Director of the Search practice for a global staffing provider. During this time, Michael was recognized for building the Search practice in Louisville from start-up to 10 Executive Search Consultants producing over 150 placements per year and $2.5 million in annual revenue. The Louisville Search practice was the top performing office in North America 3 years in a row. Most recently, Michael managed the Engineering Search practice for North America consisting of over 30 Executive Search Consultants and 400 placements per year. Michael has successfully overseen 1000’s of searches and built effective partnerships across the country. Michael has a B.A. from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Webster University.

Jamie is a Partner at Ingenium Talent. Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Jamie spent 11 years with The Kroger Company in multiple positions within Internal Audit, Finance, and Real Estate. Jamie is an expert in developing strong business partnerships with clients, recruiting top-notch Finance and Accounting candidates for executive and mid to senior-level positions. A Louisville native, Jamie graduated from Saint Xavier High School and then received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky.
Jamie is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association.
Jeff is a Partner with Ingenium Talent. Prior to joining Ingenium Talent, Jeff was a top ten Search Consultant with a global search firm where he successfully built relationships with a diverse list of clients throughout the region. Due to his knowledge of the market and field of engineering, Jeff is seen as a trusted advisor to both his peers and clients. Prior to his experience in recruitment, Jeff spent over ten years in the hospitality industry serving as the GM of two successful restaurants in Manhattan with the BR Guest Restaurant Group, now owned by Landry’s, Inc. Jeff has Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville.
Jeff is a Certified Search Consultant with the American Staffing Association.
Mike Henninger is a Sr. Search Consultant with Ingenium Talent in our Finance and Accounting practice. After spending 14 years working for some of the global leaders in the staffing industry, Mike joined Ingenium Talent in January 2017. As a Louisville native, Mike has established an extensive network of business contacts over the years and is recognized as a trusted expert in the field of career development and recruitment. Connecting top talent with top employers is a big a passion of Mike’s. Mike takes the time to understand his client’s needs and prides himself on delivering results every time.
Mike is a Certified Search Consultant (CSC) through the American Staffing Association (ASA).
Brian joined Ingenium Talent as Sr. Search Consultant following a 15-year portfolio of success driving regional, district and territory sales management across multiple industries. He has diverse industry experience ranging from healthcare to consumer goods, including working at a global, publicly traded company. Brian is a key player in driving the growth of the Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering practices. Brian attended the University of Louisville and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management.
Brian is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association.
John joined Ingenium Talent in May of 2017 as a Technical Recruiter supporting our Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering practices. John brings three years of prior experience from a large national staffing company. During his tenure, John effectively managed multiple accounts that accounted for over $1,000,000 in yearly revenue. This experience has made for a smooth transition into professional recruiting, as John has played a key role in our growth as a leader in the Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering arenas. His competitive nature and will-to-learn are key factors in his bright future with Ingenium Talent. John earned a Bachelor’s degree from Spalding University.
John is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association.
Kaitie is a technical recruiter supporting both the Automotive Manufacturing and Engineering Practice as well as the Finance and Accounting Practice. Having a background in customer service and sales starting with the Fortune 500 Walt Disney Company and later moving into the health insurance industry, her experience has aided in a smooth transition into professional recruiting. Kaitie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Transylvania University and studied internationally at the Regent’s University in London.
Jessica joined the Ingenium team in 2018. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her work in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Real Estate and Broadcast Entertainment industries. She has an undergraduate degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and an International MBA from The Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She also studied at Tecnologico de Monterrey in Guadalajara, Mexico and the School of Business and Economics in Maastricht, The Netherlands.
Hanna joined the Team in Jan 2019 as an administrative assistant, and is currently the Project Assistant. She brings with her over five years of customer service and works directly on expanding the Ingenium’s client care and outreach initiatives and completes a lot of research based projects. She has two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Southern Indiana and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at the University of Louisville.
Matt Grady is a Senior Search Consultant with Ingenium Talent specializing in our Engineering & Manufacturing practice areas while also providing expertise, consultation and support to all areas of the Ingenium business due to his tenure and extensive experience. Matt is a solutions-oriented Recruiter with a 24-year proven track record maintaining proactive relationships with clients, and all levels talent. He has been consistently recognized as a top 5% producer for a large multinational staffing firm by connecting qualified talent with the best companies in the country. Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and he likes to spend his free time mentoring and coaching high school track athletes.
Kit has 7 years of progressive experience in the staffing industry with both large national firms and smaller local entities working both the client engagement and candidate recruitment sides of the business. He has tenure in several areas including Accounting & Finance, Office Professional & Admin and Manufacturing. Kit loves to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike and prides himself on providing detail oriented, thorough, and friendly service. Kit is a native Louisvillian, attended St. Xavier High School and has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
