Ali Powell joined #teamingenium in October of 2021 as our Project Coordinator. Ali is originally from Elkton, Kentucky, but for the last 20 years has been a Louisville native since college. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University. Her experience is within the insurance industry where she worked as an Outside Claims Adjuster. After that, Ali became the CEO of the Powell household for 11 years as a stay-at-home mom to her 3 children. Ali rejoined the workforce at an exciting time for Ingenium. She is looking forward to learning more about Louisville’s job force, business, and ways she can support the team of recruiters.

In her spare time, Ali spends time with her family, watches her children excel in sports, or curls up with her 2 dogs with a good book.
