Trey has over 15 years experience within the staffing and talent acquisition industry. Focused primarily on technology staffing and solutions, Trey has managed cross national teams delivering technology staffing, hardware, and solutions with a portfolio of over 100M in revenue. He has managed recruiting, staffing, and technology sales teams globally and developed future leaders within his teams.

Trey began his staffing career selling technology services. He built a book of business of over 5 million annually in revenue. He has been awarded multiple sales and leadership awards throughout his career. Trey most recently was advising clients on talent acquisition strategies and technologies before joining Ingenium. He is a proud Buckeye and graduate of The Ohio State University. In his free time, he spends time with his wife and young sons, playing golf, or rooting on the Buckeyes.
