Carly Meyers is a Louisville native and a University of Kentucky graduate, where she earned her Bachelor of Public Health. She entered the recruiting field in August 2025, bringing a fresh perspective shaped by her background in public health and research. Prior to recruiting, she worked with the state health department as an Epidemiology Technical Assistant and served as a student researcher, gaining experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Known for her competitiveness, determination, and eagerness to build strong relationships, she approaches recruiting with a people-first mindset and a drive to connect candidates with opportunities where they can thrive.
